Las Vegas-Based Haycock Petroleum Company Announces Agreement to Acquire Salt Lake City Company

(Las Vegas, Nev.)-Haycock Petroleum Company announces an agreement to acquire Jardine Petroleum of Salt Lake City, Utah. Haycock Petroleum is a major supplier of petroleum products and commercial services in the Southwest.

The acquisition of Jardine Petroleum will be complete early in the first quarter of 2001 and will include Jardine's operations in Utah, Idaho and Nevada.

As a division of Haycock Petroleum Company, Jardine Petroleum will continue to provide services and products to its current customers, as well as expand with additional services offered by Haycock Petroleum Company in Nevada and California.
