According to Haycock, the acquisition of Jardine Petroleum will more than double Haycock Petroleum Company's annual revenues from $65 million to $175 million.

Jardine Petroleum Company is one of Utah's major suppliers of petroleum products for industrial, commercial, agricultural, retail and residential users. In addition to fuels and lubricants, Jardine Petroleum supplies propane to commercial and residential customers and operates a network of CFN automated cardlock fueling sites.

Haycock Petroleum Company offers wholesale and retail products, including bulk and pre-packaged lubricants and coolants. Large and small quantities of fuel are also offered at wholesale levels for companies with their own on-site fueling tanks.

Haycock Petroleum Company also operates Spill Response Service, which provides 24- hour emergency response throughout the Southwest. The Company's experts ensure clean-up is handled quickly, economically and in full compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Mobile Lube Service, a wholly owned subsidiary of Haycock Petroleum Company, provides on-site fueling and lubrication services to the construction and transportation industries. The need for this type of service is evident in companies with large fleets or heavy equipment that cannot be moved frequently for servicing and maintenance.
